The Boulder Home & Garden Fair is presented by Boulder County Home & Garden Magazine, a subsidiary of Brock Publishing and Twenty Ninth Street Retail District, a subsidiary of Macerich Corporation.

Booth space is limited. We will review your application and let you know within two weeks of receiving it whether you have been accepted, at which time we will require payment to reserve your booth.


Hours and Location

The Boulder Home & Garden Fair will be open to the public from 10:00 am and 5:00 pm and it will be located at Twenty Ninth Street Retail District in the main thoroughfare.

Parking

Free parking is available at the Twenty Ninth Street mall, both in covered parking garages beneath the stores, as well as in the parking lots surrounding the mall. Parking for the public is available at these spots. Vendors will be assigned a parking lot on the North East end of the mall.


Check-in

Advance check-in reservation times are required and will begin 2 – 3 hours prior to the event in 30-minute increments. Earlier check-in times are available with advance notice. On the day of the event, come to the corner of Canyon & 29th Street at the previously arranged time, and check in with the attendant. Once you have checked in with us, we will tell you where your space is, and you can then proceed to set up.

Due to certain restrictions, some spaces will be pre-assigned. Vendors are required to arrived at prearranged time, prior to opening to the public.


Set-up

We will have 10 x 10 tents, with tables, tablecloths and 2 chairs set up for you when you arrive. Electricity is available for those who reserved it. There are very limited spots with electricity. If you have reserved one of these spots, please bring a 25-foot extension cord.


Vendor & Booth Policies

1. Vendor shall keep the Exhibitor Premises open for business at all times during Event hours.

2. Vendor shall display no merchandise outside the 10 x 10 area provided, unless previously approved and shall keep the Exhibitor Premises and any displays in a safe, clean and proper manner. All boxes and other paraphernalia are to be stored under covered tables.

3. Vendor shall make arrangements with the Center management for trash removal and ensure that all trash is promptly removed from the Exhibitor Premises.

4. Any signs used at the Exhibitor Premises shall be professionally prepared, stating the name of the business and reason for display.

5. Vendor shall not permit food or beverages to be consumed at the Exhibitor Premises. Vendor shall not permit food or beverages to be distributed or sold to customers at the Exhibitor Premises without Licensor’s prior approval.

6. Vendor shall comply with all rule and regulations established by Brock Publishing and Macerich Corporation with respect to the common areas, facilities and sidewalks.

7. No equipment (hand trucks, ladders, tools, etc.) will be available or supplied by Brock Publishing or Macerich Corporation.

9. Nothing may be taped or otherwise affixed to fixtures at the facility. Nothing may be attached, secured to or hung from any architectural fixture. This includes by way of example, but is not limited to sculptures, seating areas, light posts, plants or planters.

10. Electrical cords must be covered with an approved electrical cover.

11. A Macerich Corp. representative will be opening floor electrical sockets and plates at entry time for the Event. Vendor is prohibited from moving these items. Only 110-volt household current is available. All electrical cords must be UL-approved. All power requirements must be discussed and approved by Licensor. Macerich Corporation management must supervise all approved electrical installations and set up.


Demonstrations & Events

We are offering vendors the opportunity to give a 30-minute presentation or demonstration. There are limited time slots available. If this is something you are interested in please email marketing@brockpub.com. After all slots have been filled, we’ll contact you with the time you’re to present/demonstrate.


Miscellaneous Info

Food will be available at te Twenty Ninth Street restaurants and entertainment will be provided.
