The Owners requested a kitchen remodel and a change in the character of the street elevation while staying within a strict, low budget. The result is a stunning makeover from cedar shake mansard façade to an elevation with an elegant presence on the street (the "before" house had a flat roof with a cedar shake mansard shroud). Inside, 14' tall vaulted ceilings in the living spaces and kitchen transformed dark, cramped, eight foot rooms into rooms with a spacious feeling, lots of light, and views.
